    Here's the jist of it for me. Been doing a construction job for 30 years, 90 mph, quit drinking and smoking abruptly, 2 weeks later diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Now I'm on 13 different drugs (and NOT the good kind) and I am freaking USELESS. I cant drive, I can't even walk up and down stairs without stopping. I know what I've done to my body, so this is why I refused the transplant. But I'd like to go out with some kind of inner peace. Thanx to all of you that are reaching for the same.

    I find that if I say the mantra in my head in English (I am, breathe in, that, breathe out) it is much easier to do this meditation.

    Thank you for this video. Such a blessing. However, I have a question the app I downloaded does not match what's on the screen. It says "My Vision/Manifestie". Also, the picture is different. Yes, I serched and the same result.I want to make sure it's the correct app. TY Another question: I was in a car accident 3/12/24 and my body is different. My breathing is sporadic and short. I've completed the first session and ask fir any suggestions on both.TY

    If I'ma be 100% honest, with my life being hectic watching over my 3 year old niece and being a busy body untill 7 pm I'm usually stressed 0 to 10 it's usually a 7/10 before this video, I never meditated untill now Now I feel like my stress is 2/10 I usually have a fast heart rate and irritation, anxious, I have severe anxiety 24/7 now I feel relaxed and comfortable, my heart isn't pounding like it is, my mood is just amazing 😅😊

    I was about 7-8 before and now I feel about 1-2. When your voice came back and said to focus back on breathing, I became teary eyed but with relief about how I felt afterwards. My mind ventured off a few times but I went back to my calm mind. I will try my best to do this everyday

    I have tried to meditate so many times and I couldn’t, it never worked, I have never been able to calm my mind until now. I was at a 8 starting out and honestly a 0 afterwards. I have never felt this relaxed in my adult life. While I was listening to you and breathing I first saw a beautiful cardinal then I was at my grandmothers screen door. I could hear her, I could feel her hug, I could feel her love. I don’t even know how that happened and I don’t know if I would believe it if I read this but this is the truth. As I was breathing in and out I was in her house tears were streaming down my face. I have never felt so calm as I do right now. This was by far one of the best gifts I’ve ever received, thank you.
